These are indeed vintage "World Jungle" board shorts, a surfwear brand founded in 1990 by legendary Laguna Beach designer Jack Denny. The shorts feature a navy blue body with vibrant orange waistband and neon green side stripes detailed with a lime green stripe, and a brand patch on the cargo pocket.
World Jungle was known for its unique aesthetic, which moved away from the bright neon colors in the late 90s. The company found a niche among dedicated surfers and grew rapidly in the 1990s before being sold to another company in 1998.
Original label reads PEARL JAM MADE IN USA size 30 which is what they measure to as well.
Inseam measures 9” inches and top to bottom 20” inches
There is a dark discoloration on the front I included in the photos but still wicked shorts and epic piece of SURF WEAR HISTORY!
